Almost hidden in the Breton countryside, Maison Yvonnie is a charming house located in Quemper-Guézennec, in the Côtes-d'Armor department, nestled between nature and the sea. This warm and authentic holiday home in Brittany accommodates up to 6 people and toddlers in a peaceful setting, ideal for a family holiday.
The house, with a surface area of approximately 125 m², retains the spirit of traditional Breton family homes: antique furniture, a fireplace, and a simple, welcoming atmosphere. The house opens onto a private garden of approximately 300 m², facing the surrounding nature. This outdoor space invites you to fully enjoy sunny days: a garden lounge, an outdoor dining table, two sun loungers and a barbecue allow you to share meals, read in the sun or simply savor the calm of the Breton countryside.
THE ROOMS
À l’étage, la maison dispose de trois chambres spacieuses, idéales pour les séjours en famille.
Une chambre parentale offre un bel espace calme et confortable, tandis qu’une suite familiale composée de deux chambres communicantes permet d’accueillir parents et enfants dans un espace partagé mais indépendant : une chambre avec lit double et une autre avec deux lits simples.
Une petite pièce supplémentaire dédiée aux bambins est également aménagée pour faciliter le séjour des familles avec jeunes enfants.
THE BATHROOM
The house features a bathroom with authentic charm, reminiscent of Breton country houses. Equipped with a comfortable shower and a washbasin area, it blends warm materials, brass fixtures, and simple details that reflect the soul of the house.
You will also find welcome products selected by The H Collections, to extend the experience of a carefully designed stay.
The toilets are separate, for greater everyday comfort.

The fully equipped, separate kitchen allows you to live comfortably and simply in the house. It has everything you need to prepare meals and share convivial moments around the dining table.
